North York Seniors Centre is working towards a future in which all senior citizens will have access to support services and the type of assistance they need to live life to the fullest of their abilities, regardless of their financial capacity.

Your donation will help North York Seniors Centre continue their work and the provision of these and other services that enhance the life of hundreds of seniors every year.

You can choose among the following giving options:

  • One time general donation
    Make a one-time donation in support of North York Seniors Centre and help retain the provision of services that enhance the life of seniors living in North York


  • Donation In Memoriam
    Express your sympathy to friends and family with a gift in memory of a loved one.


  • Donation in Honour of a friend or family member
    What better way to honour a special friend or to highlight a special celebration like birthdays, weddings or anniversaries, than by making a donation in someone's name?


  • Planned Giving
    Build a legacy in your name and help North York Seniors Centre ensure its future. Ask the Development Coordinator for more details on the many Planned Giving options available at NYSC.


  • Trust Endowment Contribution
    The North York Seniors Centre Trust Endowment Fund is an investment fund held in trust and set aside to support the organization in the long term. It was created to help secure the future of our organization by providing a stable funding source to complement existing resources.
    NYSC will only use the interest generated by the Trust Endowment Fund, which will grow in perpetuity with each future contribution.


To donate, please complete the Donor Information form below and e-mail it to us. This information will allow us to collect the information needed to keep you up-to-date on new developments at North York Seniors Centre and to send you the Official Tax Receipt for your donation of $10 or more.

To forward your payment, you can choose to:

  • Send a cheque made payable to North York Seniors Centre indicating in the Memo line your preferred giving option among the ones described above

  • Send us your Visa information by mail or phone. Please note that at this time we cannot accept Visa information online, as this site has not yet been made secure for this type of transaction. We are working to make this possible in the near future

  • Contact us via e-mail or by phone to receive a donation card and a stamped return envelope to make your donation.
