At NeighbourLink that includes our Mobile Food Deliveries, Community Care Team, Seniors Programs and Single Moms Mother’s Day event and at the North York Seniors Centre that includes their Friendly Visits, Wellness Monitoring, Social Club and virtual programs.![]()
