Fitness Centre

The Active Living Centre has a fully equipped Fitness Centre open seven days a week to meet all of your fitness needs. Drop in during open hours to work out by yourself or with a fellow member in our well-maintained cardio and strength equipment. We offer many program options to help keep you strong, balanced, and fit. Check out our current schedule below.

Why not consider registering for Personal Training Services and get customized training geared specifically for you? Workout one-on-one with a personal trainer, or find a buddy or two to take advantage of our “Team Training” rates.

Programs delivered during COVID-19

Following the recommendation of the authorities of Ontario, the Active Living Centre is closed to the public. However, members, clients, and volunteers can access our activities via telephone trough a free telephone-based program called“Seniors Centre Without Walls,” and the virtual programs trough our Facebook Group Page. Non-members have access to the videos through our Youtube Channel.

The programs are designed considering the specific demographic and include mindful meditation, book club, games, conversation, poetry readings, information workshops and support sessions, just to name a few.

Personal Training Services & Fees

Boost your fitness level by taking advantage of working out with your own personal trainer. Choose individual or group personal training sessions. Plan your sessions that work best for your schedule on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. All personal training sessions are 55 minutes. Individual training sessions include a customized fitness plan to meet all of your fitness goals.

Individual Training:
$50 per session

2 Person Team Training:
$30 each member per session

3 Person Team Training:
$20 each member per session
