At North York Seniors Centre, we understand the invaluable role that caregivers play in the lives of their loved ones, and we want to show our appreciation by offering a day filled with support, resources, and valuable insights.

What to Expect:

– Free Light Refreshments: Enjoy a selection of light refreshments as you connect with fellow caregivers in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

– Giveaway Bags: Receive giveaway bags filled with informative resources and SWAG from NYSC

– Keynote Speaker: We are thrilled to welcome Stephanie Muskat, an award-winning registered social worker and psychotherapist, who will share invaluable insights on “A caregiver’s secret key: tips and tricks to filling the gaps of the public system to better the lives of your loved ones and improve your mental health as a caregiver.” Stephanie’s expertise and experience promise to provide you with practical strategies and support.
