The past year has been tough – we can’t ignore the effect of 2020 on each of us. We have all been challenged to adapt to the new situation, and for some of us, the struggle is too much to handle alone. COVID-19 has hit our senior population hard.
We have all felt the emptiness of being physically distanced from our loved ones. If you have felt lonely at times, you can imagine how it is for older adults living alone. It’s time to show some love!
To continue serving over 2500 seniors and caregivers in our community, WE NEED YOUR HELP. We don’t know what the future will bring, but we do know that together, WE CAN HELP SENIORS GET THROUGH THESE CHALLENGING TIMES.

According to Statistics Canada, the proportion of seniors (aged 65 and over) in the population would increase from 17.2% in 2018 to between 21.4% and 29.5% in 2068. Support the seniors of the near and far future by making a donation to North York Seniors endowment fund. By doing so, the total amount of your donation is invested to serve future seniors. The generated income earned will allow NYSC to keep on serving the seniors of the present, while your original investment is saved for the future.
