
VIRTUAL ACTIVE LIVING FAIR
| January 28, 2022Free virtual events aims to enhance adults’ and caregivers’ lives
North York Seniors Centre hosts its Virtual Active Living Fair “Wisdom & Wellness” in February, in partnership with the Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario (OACAO) with funding support from the Government of Ontario.
The Virtual Seniors Active Living Fair “Wisdom & Wellness” will be held on Zoom and over the phone from February 22nd to February 24th and includes six free seminars and workshops addressed to seniors, caregivers and the community.
The Active Living Centre team focused on activities and topics that reduce social isolation, support seniors’ mental health, promote active and healthy living and offer social engagement opportunities, independence and learning for seniors, family members and care partners.
Although this is a FREE community event, it is necessary to register to access the sessions. Complimentary refreshments and swags will be available for pick up or delivery – depending on participant location.
