There is always something fun going on at North York Seniors Centre!
On February 7th, our afternoon sessions at our Seniors Virtual Active Living Fair will end with a "Healthy Bones" demonstration by Karen Shuster, Fitness Instructor trained in BoneFit and presenter P.C. John Sconza with the Toronto Police Services who will speak about "Senior Scams". Our afternoon sessions will begin with Kimberlee Warren, CVITP and Benefits Outreach Officer with the CRA who will give us a better understanding of "Tax Benefits and Credits for 65+".
